At Advice Bazaar, we understand that circumstances may arise, leading to the need for refunds or cancellations. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for refunds and cancellations to ensure a fair and transparent process for both advisors and advice seekers.

General Refunds And Cancellations Policy

1. Cancellation by Client:
Clients can reschedule or cancel a 1:1 call up to 1 hour before the scheduled call time. If a client cancels a call, they will receive a refund.

2. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation or refund request approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Money Back Guarantee (MBG):
Advisors may choose to offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee (MBG) on their 1:1 calls. After the call, clients will receive a Feedback Message via WhatsApp and Email. If a client rates a call with 1 or 2 stars, they can click on the "Request Refund" button. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon approval.

4. Advisor Compensation:
Advisors will be compensated for completed calls and sessions that were not canceled by the client within 15 business days from successful completion of the meetings. In the event an Advisor does not join the call or any other complaint is received from the advice seeker, the payment for that particular service may be held until the issue is resolved. Advisors need to update the Payout Account under Payments tab in Advisor Dashboard in order to receive payments.

5. Exceptions:
In exceptional cases, such as technical issues or unforeseen circumstances, Advice Bazaar reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy.

6. Feedback and Ratings:
Clients are encouraged to provide feedback and ratings after each call to help maintain the quality of services on Advice Bazaar.

7. Dispute Resolution:
In case of any disputes, both advisors and clients can reach out to our support team for resolution. In such events, the settlement of funds may be delayed till the time disputes are resolved.

8. Fraudulent Activity:
Advice Bazaar has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity. Any attempt to abuse the refund or cancellation system may result in account suspension.
